Terms and conditions
The rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
Arrivals on Sunday by arrangement.
- All rooms and apartments are non-smoking units.
- Means of payment: Bank card (EC card), cash payment.
- We do not accept credit cards.
- Reservations by e-mail, fax or in writing.
- Deposit of Euro 180,00 by bank transfer when booking an apartment:

Cancellation conditions
Bookings must be confirmed in writing. In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 3 nights per booked room / apartment, up to 7 days before the start of the holiday we charge 70% of the total amount. In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before the start of the holiday, in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the entire amount will be charged.
